Hello everyone,
I would like to share with you my latest adventure. I have been selected to participated in a Mars Analog Food Study. The purpose of this study is to understand what foods would work best for a mission to Mars. The crew consists of 9 individuals, six of which will be chosen to go into a 4 month habitat to simulate living on Mars. The other 3 members will be backup crew. I spent last week at Cornell University meeting the other crew members and learning about the study. Everyone involved in the study is AMAZING. I will update my website as more information become available so stay tuned. Here are some pictures and video of our training so far and a poll question.
