Green Curry Red Snapper

I pan seared red snapper in 2 tablespoons coconut oil with chopped onions and ginger. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Added green curry sauce and served it with brown rice. This was my first time cooking fish in coconut oil. It turned out really good.
